Khalisha is an expressive dancer and has trained in ballet, jazz and theatre dance, having performed extensively in casinos across Europe. She then trained in Arabic dance and has been performing professionally as a belly dancer for seven years. Khalisha also teaches at several top health clubs and at CSSC Westminster. She is known for her professionalism and friendly personality and is a full member of British Equity.

Khalisha takes great care to ensure her performance is tailored especially for each client's event, and in her troupe only uses experienced dancers and musicians. Khalisha has a selection of beautiful costumes from Egypt, and costume colours can be chosen by the client and music can be provided on cd,or if the client wishes, Khalisha can provide musicians, anything from a darbouka player to a full Moroccan band. Khalisha takes great care to ensure that each client's event is memorable and special.Khalisha is based in London; she is happy to travel across the UK, but of course price reflects the time Khalisha is required for and the distance travelled.

Bookings are accepted on completion of a booking form which is sent out to the client on enquiry, and a deposit is required to confirm. PLEASE NOTE Khalisha does not perform at all male events, please ensure you have permission of the venue and that there is a mix of ladies and gentlemen.

Khalisha takes workshops for primary schools interested in Egyptian and Romany culture, teaching the children about the Romany trail from India to Europe and working with them on short dance routines culminating in the children performing what they have learned at the end of the session, for each other.
